Every diaphragm wall construction site is different. The excavation depth as well as the width of a diaphragm wall is often a crucial factor.

The prices per square meter for inner-city building sites rise every year; therefore the number of floors to be built into the depth rises as well, in order to achieve best utilization of the site area.

For particularly great depths HÜDIG offers the TOYO armoured pump version DP30-7HD. Diaphragm wall depths of more than 40 meters are no problem for this model. The maximum working depth of the HD version is 120 meters.

A counter aspect is the narrow diaphragm walls which require special demands from the pump technique regarding small size of a diaphragm wall pump. Narrow diaphragm walls often have a clear width of approx. 595 to 600 mm. For this diaphragm wall dimension, HÜDIG presents the TOYO models GR 20 and GR 30 of series GR.

Type GR20 has the usual TOYO electrical drive with an output of 15 kW which is designed for heavy duty pump operation. GR20 has a clear width of 550 mm and is therefore 45 mm narrower than the 600 mm diaphragm walls. In combination with the HÜDIG diaphragm wall frame for TOYO diaphragm wall pumps, a high quality product for special civil engineering is introduced onto the market.

The optimal operating point of GR 20 is at 90 m³/h and approx. 23 meter discharge head. The downstream desanding device is then loaded at ideal level.

Type GR30 has a 22 kW electric motor and is capable to pump 90 m³/h at 30 meter discharge head.

The GR series hold all TOYO typical characteristics like wear-resistant hydraulic parts and of course the well-known TOYO agitator.
