Hose reel

The HÜDIG hose reels are designed for depositing and picking up flexible pressure hoses up to a maximum length of 1,000 metres with a diameter of 100 mm. The drive for picking up the hose material is provided by a hydraulic motor with a very well dimensioned power reserve. The hydraulic motor is conveniently activated or deactivated by an employee using the operating handle. The rotational speed of the reel is infinitely variable via the oil flow regulation of the tractor.

The reel is made of hot-dip galvanised steel and therefore offers high-quality protection against corrosion. It's the little things that make the difference. The ‘stop plate contour’ of the side flanks prevents the hose reel from ‘rolling away’. The reel cylinder core has so-called blind holes. These are designed to accommodate the hose nozzles and thus protect the individual hose from mechanical damage during reeling. The reels can also be fitted with plug-in reel segments as an option. A maximum of five chambers are possible, allowing different hose. lengths to be picked up and managed separately. If the capacity of a single reel is not sufficient, it is possible to fit additional reels but only use one support frame. It goes without saying that reels can be changed without tools. The support frame has a tool tray for use with a hook spanner for the hose couplings, for example. This is another genuine HÜDIG innovation.
