HÜDIG irrigation units

Mobile and stationary irrigation pump units

The HÜDIG irrigation units have a tank frame. The tank volumes are selectable. The customer can choose between a tank capacity of 500 litres or alternatively 985 litres. The frame is designed as an oil drip tray in the area of the chassis interior. Smaller leaks are collected there and therefore do not get into the environment. The units are supplied with a lockable sound insulation bonnet. The bonnet doors are generously dimensioned and lockable. A semi-automatic pump ventilation system is used to vent the high-pressure centrifugal pump. The suction connection is designed as a swan neck with vacuum gauge and the pressure connection has a slide valve. There is a holder on the right-hand long side of the unit. These are suitable for holding hoses. A trolley and drawbar are available for the stationary units for transport to the installation site. Generating sets with Stage V engines are equipped with a trolley and drawbar as standard. The engine controls are customised to the respective engine type and offer the option of shutting down by vacuum or overpressure. The controls also allow runtime programming. Other convenient displays such as operating hours, daily operating hours, remaining running time, operating pressure, speed and service can be called up on the display. There is also the option of equipping the controls with a GSM module (Global System for Mobile Communications). Provided there is good mobile phone coverage, this useful additional equipment enables the operator to operate the system conveniently from a distance.

The HÜDIG pump unit is supplied in the standard version with chassis drawbar. The engine has exhaust emission level V. The unit is noise insulated (LWA 86). The tank frames are equipped with sump and drain plugs and a lockable tank cap.

The HÜDIG pump units are supplied in the standard version as a stationary, noise insulated version (LWA 86). Chassis and drawbar for transport to the installation site are available as an option. The tank frames are equipped with sump and drain plugs as well as a lockable tank lid.
