The special island Sylt with its long beaches is surely one of the most popular German islands in the North Sea. Many national and international tourists visit this island throughout the whole year. Of course, the visitors and naturally the local people have a demand of silence. During building operations it has to be ensured by suitable means that noise nuisance will be reduced to a minimum level. The local authorities impose that during the period of 13:00 and 15:00 h no building operations must be executed that cause additional noise.

If you have ever bought a submersible pump or a pump unit you know that the so-called “free falling” of the pump (when no water is available for the pump anymore) means final breakdown for most of the pumps.

The reason is that the medium, i.e. the water, is necessary for cooling, rinsing and lubrication of many pump components at the same time. If no water is available the pump will become too hot, and a process of overheating will start and the insulation respectively the bearings will be damaged; the subsequent short-circuit will lead to a complete breakdown of the pump.

Operation Mode of the hydraulic Guiding-Boom of the Hose Reel:

The HÜDIG hose-reels have been excellent accepted and proven by the customers. They persuade by extraordinary stability, by the generous dimensioned hydraulic-motor and by the striking edge- and board-profile. Latter octagonal shaped board-profiles prevent the “rolling away” of the hose-reel. The reels are available in two sizes (400m and 700 m).

The HÜDIG GmbH & CO. KG presented the Diesel vacuum aggregate of the series HC 522 to the users of the dewatering technology on the Road show 2015.

The Diesel vacuum aggregate HC 522/06 convinced by the high efficiency directly locally on the construction site. The aggregate is supplied by an one-cylinder Hatz engine with 8,5 kW and drives a waste water centrifugal pump with a mechanical handling capacity of 110 m³/h as well as the corresponding vacuum generator with approx. 60 m³/h.

For the construction ground improvement with the deep vibro technique a jetting pump is necessary. Many operators have used the HÜDIG jetting-pumps HC 170 and HC 180 for this application.

These jetting-pumps are primarily developed for the jetting of filters into the ground in the ground-water-control procedure. But they are also used in the jetting procedure of wells and piles, for the water-supply of construction-sites, for the filling-procedure of pipe-lines, for cleaning purpose and for fire-fighting.
