Our attendants and sales representatives, our service technicians and the responsible area managers visit our customers regularly at site and examine the products which are in operation, especially regarding quality and reliability. Whether in Canada or Kazakhstan, in Australia or in Germany – we deeply care about our customers’ opinion. This company policy contributes to a continuous development of our products.
We listen to the worries and proposals of the users and consider them in the course of technical discussions concerning our products. In this way the customers help us and we help the customers – and besides that, this leads to qualitatively and technically improved products that we are rightly proud of.
