Service - not only words, but lived practice

Due to our distributors and dealers, Hüdig products are now used on all continents.

The international air traffic has made the world a little bit smaller, but it does not change the fact that spare parts and on-site service have to be provided within 24h at best. Our claim is to train the service technicians of our dealers internally or externally. Especially external trainings cause an increased planning effort and cannot always be implemented promptly.

As a supporting measure, we have digitalized our internal training courses and made them available to our customers as video tutorials. Via QR codes in the spare parts list, they can access the video material and learn how to properly maintain and repair vacuum or water pumps, for example. This means that even inexperienced users can quickly and conveniently familiarize themselves with the technology to ensure that repairs are carried out professionally.
