HÜDIG-Sewage Vacuum Units
Sewage Pumps are always subject of high demands.Domestic and industrial or similar sewage have to be reliable disposed. Ordinary waste water pumps or pumps with an open impeller are mostly not sufficient.
Powered by electric- or diesel engine is available. Diesel Units can be delivered in a noise-reduced version.

Vacuum Generator
Rotary vane vacuum pumps without lubrication are used in HÜDIG vacuum aggregates. They assure large air performance, even at high vacuum.
These pumps are robust and work efficient in freezing conditions as well as in tropical temperatures.
Damages caused by freezing or lack of cooling water are not possible. Even the annoying daily controls of the operating water and oil change intervals are omitted in oil-free vacuum generators.
Engines
Water cooled and air cooled (noise protected) diesel engines or European made E-motors are used as drive.
Chassis
The diesel units of the type series DIVA have a standard tank-frame chassis – mobile at construction area at V = 6 km / h. For an additional charge chassis can be installed suitable for higher speeds.
The tank volume is sufficient for 24-hour operation.
Air separator tank
The standard air separator tank is made of hot galvanized sheet steel and is therefore optimally protected against corrosion.
Waste Water Pump
The low-wear and robust screw-type-impeller centrifugal-pump is been used for the transportation of the liquid medium. This screw-type-impeller pump distinguishes by the highest efficiency and the highest possible resistance against blockage by long-fibre materials in the sewage.
