GRINDEX submersible drainage pumps are engineered for heavy duty performance in challenging applications for mining, construction, tunnelling and other demanding industries with high performance requirements.

The GRINDEX submersible drainage pumps are designed for the uncontrolled permanent operation. They have proven their reliability and productive efficiency in many sections like the structural and civil engineering, mining, tunnelling, quarry, industry, vehicle washing systems and the rental-business.

Profiline

Absolutely safe of dry-running damages by the air valve system, control-system of phase, voltage and rotating direction are standard features. A temperature sensor protects against overheating. A remarkable high wear resistance is achieved by the use of polyurethane-coatings, which assure a three-time longer life-time than the use of ordinary rubber diffuser.  The Aquatite-system is equipped with two mechanical seals with double security. By the outer casing in corrugated stainless steel the complete pump is robust designed and corrosion protected as well. The impellers are made of high chrome alloyed white cast iron with a hardness of 55 HRC and therefore assure a resistance against abrasive mediums. Al types of pumps with a capacity of 10 to 22 kW will be delivered with a built-in star-delta-starter. Therefore additional external switch-boards with starter-systems are not required. By the consequently applied serviceable designed modular system the storage of only a few spare-parts is required. In all ranges the hot-water and the well-hole-versions are available, too. GRINDEX submersible pumps are used in nearly all tunnelling-sites in the world.

Inox Line

INOX stands for a complete new range of electrical sewage- and slurry-pumps made out of acid-resistant stainless steel. These pumps are engineered for applications which would destroy submersible pumps made out of aluminium within weeks perhaps in days. INOX-pumps are designed for challenging environmental conditions with corrosive water or corrosive slurry how to find in the mining-industry, in power-stations and in other sectors.

This range of pumps are ideal for applications, pumping salty water how to find in maritime industry, construction sides close to harbours or offshore-projects. All INOX-pumps could be equipped additionally with protective zinc-anodes. All casted parts of these pumps are made out of acid-resistant stainless steel. INOX pumps are designed for pH-value in the range of 2 to 10.

With the further development of the ECOLINE-range GRINDEX shows again that they are capable to match the pump-design to the needs of the users. The “new small” GRINDEX is called MINI and is the start of the technical changes in the small sized range. The users are getting together with the MINI high operational safety due to the protection against dry running. It is the only pump available on the market in this capacity-range equipped with an air-breath-valve for cooling the electro-motor. Modern materials have a share that the new MINI has a good handling, due to the fact that in this capacity-range applications do not require heavy pumps.
