The technique and advantages of HÜDIG electro-vacuum units are known. Therefore we abstain from a detailed description of these proven machines at this point. On request we can of course provide further information to interested users. However, it should be mentioned that sometimes higher requirements regarding a reduced noise emission are demanded from the units which are actually already counted as silent-running.

This applies for operation in residential areas, for example. An electro-vacuum unit of type HC 488-25, equipped with the additional noise encapsulation of HÜDIG whisper  execution, creates a sound pressure level of only 41,6 dB(A) at maximum output (in a distance of 7 m)!

This fantastic value is reached by a full encapsulation. The solid and fully galvanized frame is equipped with a fork lift slot and a central lifting lug. For saving of space, stacking of three units with cowls is possible. A balanced thermal ventilation has been considered so that the units can also be operated at ambient temperatures of t = 45°C. Maintenance of the internally installed vacuum unit and its components is possible without any problems. This requirement is ensured by wide-opening and lockable doors.
